🚚 Return & Refund Policy
🔁 Reasons for Returns
📦 Courier Returns (RTO – Return to Origin)
Sometimes, orders are returned to us by the courier if they couldn’t be delivered. Common reasons include:

Customer not reachable

Incomplete or incorrect address

Customer refused delivery

Door or office was closed
-
Delivery area not serviceable
If this happens, we’ll notify you via email or phone once we receive the returned package.
🕒 What Happens Next?

We’ll hold the returned item for 25 days from the date it was marked as RTO.
-
During this time, you can ask us to reship it to the same or a different address.

After 25 days, if we don’t hear from you, we’ll donate the item to charity.
-
Note: You’ll need to pay the shipping fee for reshipment.
🏷️ Incorrect Address Correction Fee
If the courier finds your address incorrect and you request a correction after shipping has started, a fee of ₹65 + GST will be charged.
👤 Customer-Initiated Returns
🧾 Product Issues or Lost Shipment
If your item is:

Misprinted

Damaged

Defective

Lost in transit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. Send us clear photos of the damaged item, including the original packaging and shipping label showing your details.
🔁 No Refund
❌ Customer Rejection or Cancellation
We do not offer refunds for:

Size or color changes after placing the order
-
Order cancellations after printing or shipping
These changes are at your own cost and discretion.

If your area becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we can’t offer a refund.

If you refuse delivery, no refund will be issued.

If you cancel before we process the order, we’ll refund the full amount.

If the product is already printed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

We may cancel your order due to:

Limited stock

Pricing or product errors

Fraud or payment issues
If we cancel your order after charging you, the amount will be refunded in our next 15-day ledger cycle.
💸 Refund Method
If your refund is approved, we’ll:

Credit it directly to your account, or

Contact you to process it via GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, or Net Banking
