Yes, Of course, we have a separate manufacturing unit available, we will do bulk orders with your customization specifications and colors.
Yes, you can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Once the product is printed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we’ll notify you and hold the item for 25 days. During this time, you can request reshipment (shipping charges apply). After 25 days, the item will be donated to charity.
We’re unable to provide refunds for orders that are:

Refused at the time of delivery, or

Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
However, we’re happy to reship the order once it returns to us.
A reshipping charge will apply to send the package again to the correct address.

If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Share photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll review your case to arrange a replacement if eligible.
To request a reshipment, reach out to us via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 25 days of the return-to-origin (RTO) notification. Please note that shipping charges will apply.
Once your refund is approved, we’ll credit it directly to your account or process it via GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, or Net Banking, based on your preference.
Absolutely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, we’ll happily replace it for you.
