Return & Refund Policy
🔁 Why Orders Get Returned (RTO – Return to Origin)
Sometimes a package comes back to us if the courier couldn’t deliver it. This usually happens when:

The customer couldn’t be reached

The address was incomplete or incorrect
-
Delivery was refused
-
The door/office was closed
-
The area became temporarily unserviceable
If your order returns to us, don’t worry — we’ll notify you by email or phone as soon as we receive it.
🕒 What Happens After an RTO?
We’ll safely hold your returned item for 25 days from the date it was marked as RTO.
During this time, you can request:

Reshipment to the same address, or
-
Delivery to a new address
After 25 days, if we don’t hear from you, we donate the item to charity so it doesn’t go to waste.
Note: A small shipping fee applies for resending the order.
🏷️ Address Correction Fee
If the courier reports an incorrect address after shipping has started and you request a correction, the courier partner charges a fee of ₹65 + GST.
We simply pass this fee along with no extra charges.
👤 Customer‑Initiated Returns (Product Issues or Lost Shipment)
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item is:

Misprinted
-
Damaged
-
Defective
-
Lost in transit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Share clear photos of:
-
The issue
-
The original packaging
-
The shipping label with your details
This helps us resolve the problem quickly.
❌ Refunds for Rejections or Cancellations
Because every Calvire product is made to order, we cannot offer refunds for:

Size or color changes after placing the order
-
Order cancellations after printing or shipping
-
Delivery refusal
-
Areas becoming unserviceable after dispatch
These situations fall outside our control, but we’re always here to help you find the best solution.
❌ Order Cancellations
By Customer

If you cancel before we start processing, you’ll receive a full refund.

If the product is already printed or shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
By Calvire
We may cancel an order due to:

Stock limitations
-
Pricing or product errors
-
Payment or verification issues
If we cancel after charging you, your refund will be processed in our next 15‑day ledger cycle.
💸 Refund Method
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it through:

Direct bank transfer

GPay
-
PhonePe
-
Paytm
-
Net Banking
We’ll confirm the method with you before sending the refund.
