At Calvire, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items with physical defects. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a shipment is undelivered and you request redelivery—whether to the same or a different address—you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Replacements are offered only for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for products returned due to undelivered shipments. You can ask us to reship it to the same or a different address. You'll need to pay the shipping fee for reshipment.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the fastest mode available. Delivery usually takes an additional 5-7 bussiness days.
